Please allow 48 hours to get your platform running. The 48 hours begin after receiving your logos and branding guideline for platform branding and setup.

We will need your logos and your designs based on the template specifications. Our team will work closely with your creative team for branding guidelines to ensure proper layout and template format.

No. Even with an expired license, all data and the eCard campaigns are stored and saved for future use. We do not terminate any data unless termination is requested and written by the client.

At Curve, we do not share platform database in order to provide security, better performance, and possible database termination if requested by the client. This means you will have your own database that will be saved and managed on our own servers and only you request termination. Equipment and software are monitored and updated by the in-site expert Curve team with maximum security layers.

Yes. We only charge a one-time branding and setup fee for the entire relationship with Curve!

Yes. We offer up to a 15% discount for non-profit and educational organizations. Please contact us for additional information.

Ongoing costs are for license fee renewals and for adding new templates (Cost per template).

No, you do not. As your platform is being customized, our team will be in touch with you to finalize your order and to provide payment options.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, company cheque and wire transfers.
